How to buy Japan Rail Pass in Singapore Upon perchasing the Japan Rail Pass, we will issue an exchange order which is used to collect your Japan Rail Pass upon your arrival in Japan at an applicable JR (Japan Railway) station that has a Japan Rail Pass exchange office.

Japan Rail Pass Exchange order can be purchased at our office located in Bugis area.

* Delivery order must be made 3 days before your departure from Singapore.

What is Japan Railway Pass?

Japan Rail Pass is offered by 6 companies that make up the Japan Railway Group (JR Group). It is the most economical and convenient way to travel throughout Japan by train. Please be aware, however, some restrictions may apply. The pass is not valid for "NOZOMI" train on the TOKAIDO & SANYO SHINKANSEN lines.
